I'm off to Cornwall on Sunday evening... on a bus. That's 20 hours travel time ladies and gents. FUN.

It will be though, just, after the the travelling is done. I'm staying in a tent and right now I am facing some serious packing decisions. Cuts may need to be made!

I am taking a pad of paper and some pencils with me, so you never know, I might get a little sketching done while I'm there. Swithering on the camera. Not sure if I'll use it enough to warrant the worry of having to leave it in a tent/lug it around with me everywhere. Gah. Times like this I wish I had a nice slim little digital one, although I'd miss the wicked zoom.

Updating this because the last journal was tedious and ended up staying on here for ages. I have changed all the picture files for my scratchboard pics. Before, they were photos, even though I have a perfectly good scanner. I thought I'd stick a few close-ups in here so you can see the way they are created. The scanner let's you see details beyond what you can see with the naked eye, which is frankly scary.
